ositive asked: Hey! I’m going to magic kingdom tomorrow. I’ve been to MK a million times. I go with my family. We do an average routine. We usually just go on as many rides as we can and sometimes watch a bit of a parade. Well tomorrow I’m going with just me & my mom. She said “let’s do all that behind-the-scenes special stuff you don’t usually get to do like find the hidden mickeys” so I wanna know what you think we should do. I wanna actually stop and feel the magic rather than just ride rides. Any ideas?

Answer:

I haven’t been to Disney World in ages, honestly, but I’m still going to try to tackle this.

Well, my absolute favorite part of Disney World are the character houses. I’d definitely recommend those. You get to walk through Mickey’s house & Minnie’s house and I don’t quite recall whose else’s houses.

Also, ride the train. It sounds dumb, but it’s relaxing and you get to get a good look at everything.
And although it’s still a ride, I’d say ride It’s A Small World. It’s slow & most people hate it, but that’s always the first thing I ride when I go with my parents because it gets me in the magical mood.

Other than that, just take things slow. Ride rides, of course, but also be on the constant look-out for face characters and take pictures with them.

Sorry if I wasn’t much help.

If any followers have any advise, please help out!
